Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver to Dagonbhuiyan pourashava . Orders are fulfilled from the Dagonbhuiyan Grand Food Product ( Grand Sweets) branch.
Order Minimum & Delivery Fee:
There is no minimum order amount. However, a delivery charge of Tk. 50 will be added to all orders under Tk. 300.
Order & Delivery Timing:
Orders received before 9:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery the next day.
We aim to deliver all orders within 1 to 2 hours of receiving them, though delays can sometimes occur.
Important Delivery Policies:
You or a recipient must be available to accept the order. If no one is available to receive the order within 10 minutes of the delivery rider's arrival, we reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund.
If you are unavailable and miss the delivery, a refund may be issued within 30 working days. We may, at our discretion, arrange for delivery at a later time if requested.
We may cancel an order if the selected product is unavailable at the outlet and cannot be sourced from another.
Refunds:
Any request for a refund must be submitted within 1 working days.
